On May 17th at Dewan Perkasa, members of Persatuan Patriot Kebangsaan set out to create a
night of unity and patriotism. Guests arrived dressed to the nines, filling the hall with an
atmosphere of peace, pride, and shared purpose. The evening was made even more special by
the presence of Yang Amat Arif Tun Tengku Maimun binti Tuan Mat, Malaysia's first female
Chief Justice.
The president's opening speech set the tone for the night: a powerful call to build a better and
more progressive Malaysia, free from corruption and united by shared values. The celebration
continued with an unforgettable feast and captivating performances, all marked by a vibrant
sense of patriotism. A highlight of the evening was the launch of the new Patriots' anthem, "Satu
Suara, Satu Jiwa," symbolising a new era for the Patriots; one grounded in a sincere vision for
a harmonious, prosperous, and progressive nation.
Throughout the night, the diverse crowd buzzed with conversation, united by a shared hope and
commitment to a brighter future for the nation. The evening came to a close with not just applause
but with a renewed hope for a better Malaysia.
